How can we help you?

Slip Journey

  1. Download the Slip Communities app on Google Play or on the App Store.
  2. Register with your desired account details to complete your account.
  3. Once finished you will recieve a message with a verification code to confirm.
  4. Set up your profile with your display picture, background drop, birthday and etc.
  5. Lastly, create a 6 digit pin to safely secure your account.
  1. Open your Slip Communities App
  2. Tap “Click here” in the “Create your own community” drop
  3. Input your communitiy name and info
  4. Select the privacy you would like for your community. Either public or private
  5. Select the category that your community belongs in
  6. If your community is private, you may create questions for users to answer before they enter your community
  1. You may browse through discover communities or look for one through the search bar
  2. Tap on “join community” on what you would like to join.
  3. If community is private, admin/s must approve your request before entering the group
  4. Some private communities have questions that must be answered before joining.
  1. Enter the community that you would like to see posts from
  2. Once in the community, look for the filter button which is located right above the latest post of the group
  3. Select what filter you will want to see. You may choose from discussion and sale posts.
  1. Go to your community page
  2. Tap on the settings icon on the top right of your screen.
  3. From there you are able to select what what changes you may want to make.

How do I send payments?

  1. Link a debit card, credit card, or an e-bank account that you will want to send a payment from
  2. Choose and item that you would like to buy or receive a bill from a merchant or friend.
  3. Tap on “buy” button
  4. Select what mode of paymet and press pay
  5. You will receive an e-receipt and and email confirming your purchase.

How do I receive payments?

  1. Sale is first confirmed and the payment is sent by customer.
  2. You will receive an e-receipt and transaction number confirming that a sale has been made.
  3. Your slip wallet will automatically receive funds after payment has been sent

Account and Communities

  1. Open Slip Communities App
  2. Tap on the account icon on the bottom right of your screen
  3. Tap on the settings icon on the top right of your screen
  4. Tap “Edit Profile”

  1. Partner banks that are inlcluded in InstaPay may be connected
  2. Some examples are but not limited to BPI, BDO, UnionBank, Security Bank, Gcash, GrabPay, etc.
  1. Open slip app and tap on account
  2. Tap cash out
  3. Select what accounts you would like to unlink
  4. Tap remove
  1. Open a community that you own or are an admin in
  2. Tap on the settings icon on the top right of your screen
  3. Select what you would like to edit
  4. Make desired changes
  1. Open the community you own or are an admin in
  2. Tap on the 3 dot icon above the post you would like top report or delete
  3. Select report or delete
  1. When creating a community, you may choose between private or public.
  2. Private communities also have the option to adding questions to help you pick new members
  3. Privacy may be changed anytime

Cash out

  1. Instant cash out can only be made to bank accounts that are linked to your Slip Account.
  2. If not successful, make sure the details that have been put for your account are correct.
  3. You may also try to remove the account and add it once again.
  4. You can cash out any amount that is in your Slip availabe balance.
  1. Select which linked account you would like to cash out to.
  2. Once you have cashed out, your Slip wallat balance will be deducted.
  3. You will get a notification through text message and email with a confirmation of your cash out.
  4. These notifications will include your transaction number for your future reference.
  1. There are no hidden fees. What you see is what you get!
  1. For payments made through debit cards and e-banks, there is no waiting period.
  2. For payments made through credit card, there is a waiting period of 3-5 days, before it becomes available in your available balance. Once it appears in available balance, you may now cash out instantly.

Security

  1. Username and password may be changed through contacting us through our email support@slip.com.ph
  1. Representatives of Slip will never ask for your password and pin unless it is voluntarily given by customers for any account changes they want to make.
  2. For any reports, please do not hesitate to reach us through our email support@slip.com.ph
  1. You may report posts through tapping the 3 button icon feature. You may choose between delete and or report the post.
  2. Reports about suspiscious accounts and communities may be made through our email support@slip.com.ph

  2. Questions may be asked for proof of ownership of account.
  1. Payments made through Slip will automatically give you a notification and e-receipt from Slip.
  2. Notifications include an email and text message.
  3. Confirmation from Slip must be received to make sure transaction was legitimate.
